Artemis: one control center for consultant recruiting, from vacancy search to a CV tailored for each role, with AI-generated fit analysis.
Overview
- Vacancies with consultant matches. After logging in, you see current openings alongside the consultants whose experience fits each one. You can filter by category, location, extent, or a manually set match score.
- Consultant management. A dedicated page creates new consultant profiles. You can edit the profile, manage the consultant's status, and choose a CV template.
- CV builder. It generates the CV in the chosen template and shows a preview. You can save versions.
- Application dashboard. It tracks applications and their status and lets you assign managers. You can drag consultants who haven't applied yet into the workflow.
- CV tailoring. It adapts a consultant's existing CV to the requirements of a specific vacancy.
- LLM analysis. An integrated language model compares the consultant's profile with the company's requirements. It produces an overview of strengths, weaknesses, and risks.
